Terms of Service

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

HSKTEST AI has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. HSKTEST AI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are welcome to stop using the service at your own discretion.

Users of HSKTEST AI may post, upload and submit content (including images, texts, messages, information, practice records and other types of content) to the website ("User Submitted Content"). For the avoidance of doubt, "User Submitted Content" includes such content posted to the HSKTEST AI community and any other section of the HSKTEST AI Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to post any User Content you submit to HSKTEST AI, and that such User Content, and our use of such User Content pursuant to this Agreement, does not violate this Agreement, applicable laws, intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright), publicity, personality or other rights of any person, and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of you or your Content by HSKTEST AI or any other person or entity without the express written consent of such person or entity.

HSKTEST AI has the right but not the obligation to monitor, review or edit any User Submitted Content. In all cases, HSKTEST AI reserves the right to remove or deny access to any User Content for any reason, including but not limited to User Content that in the sole judgment of HSKTEST AI violates this Agreement. HSKTEST AI will not give you or any third party prior notice of such actions. While we may, in our sole discretion, remove or disable access to User Content, we do not undertake any obligation to do so for any specific User Content.

Users are solely responsible for all User Content they publish. HSKTEST AI is not responsible for User Content posted by users, nor does it endorse any views or positions expressed in User Content. You agree that, in the event any claim is brought against HSKTEST AI relating to User Content posted by you, you will, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, indemnify and hold HSKTEST AI harmless from any and all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs).

We actively respond to lawful removal requests and reserve the right to remove any user content that we believe infringes another party's copyright. If you believe that any content on HSKTEST AI infringes your copyright, you may file a removal request in accordance with the following requirements, and must provide:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner; • An identification of the copyrighted work or mark that you claim has been infringed; • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material that you claim is infringing; • Your name, contact information including address, telephone number, and email address; • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate in your statement, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We do not offer refunds for any online products or paid services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beijing, China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have reached between us regarding the Service.
