Users of HSKTEST AI may post, upload and submit content (including images, text, messages, information, practice records and other types of content) to the website (“User Submitted Content”). For the avoidance of doubt, User Submitted Content includes such content posted to the HSKTEST AI community and any other part of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to post any User Content you submit, and that such User Content, and our use of it under these Terms, does not violate these Terms, applicable laws, intellectual property rights (including copyright), publicity, personality or other rights of any person, and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of you or your content by HSKTEST AI or any other person or entity without that person or entity’s express written consent.

HSKTEST AI has the right but not the obligation to monitor, review or edit any User Submitted Content. In all cases, HSKTEST AI reserves the right to remove or deny access to any User Content for any reason, including User Content that in our sole judgement violates these Terms. We will not give you or any third party prior notice. We do not undertake to remove or disable access to any specific User Content.

You are solely responsible for all User Content you publish. HSKTEST AI is not responsible for User Content and does not endorse any views expressed in it. If any claim is brought against HSKTEST AI relating to User Content you posted, you will, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, indemnify and hold HSKTEST AI harmless from all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees).

We respond to lawful removal requests and reserve the right to remove user content that we believe infringes another party’s copyright. If you believe content on HSKTEST AI infringes your copyright, please file a removal request and provide:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf; • An identification of the work or mark you claim has been infringed; • Information reasonably sufficient for us to locate and verify the material; • Your name, address, telephone number and email address; • A statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

We do not offer refunds for any online products.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may stop using the Service.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined reasonably by us.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Service.
